At seven years old, Jane is the oldster. She was taken in with advanced adrenal disease with over half her hair missing, the pooched adrenal belly and enlarged nipples. The family didn't want her any more and didn't want to spend any money taking care of her. She's been a delight to us. She is now showing signs of lymphoma. She loves toys with feathers and that crinkle and has a special hiding place for them behind the stereo speaker. Jane will be a permanent resident.

These are great washable / reusable pee pads. Debbie of Kindness Matters Ferret Rescue uses them constantly and has been thrilled with the quality. 30" x 30", grade B (some occasional minor tearing on the back). [Wash on delicate w/ ¼ - ½ cup of bleach. Any more than five at a time, and they don't get clean enough. Using fabric softener in the dryer on absorbent items, including towels, keeps them from absorbing liquid as well.]

Great Ferret Nation tray and ramp cover set. Love the fabric design! One made for the full bottom tray, one for the tray with a hole in the corner and three ramp covers. Tray covers are made of cotton and slip over the tray, covering the top and bottom. Ramp covers are made of a thin fleece, so the ferret can still get a grip on the ramp. They overlap the top of the ladder and affix with Velcro.Very nicely made and hold up well in washing. Wash and dry on gentle cycle.

Angel is a sweet little albino female, about 3 1/2 years old. She recently lost her cage mate, Charlie, to lymphoma. After arriving, it took months to get some weight on Angel. Finally, when she started to bulk up a little, she showed signs of lymphoma. It's an aggressive lymphoma. In just a month, the lymph nodes on the side of her neck and behind her front legs have increased a lot. She's getting circles under her eyes and she definitely doesn't have the stamina she did. Poor thing. She still enjoys hiding her little rubber duckies and toilet paper rolls though!
